Student must be a South Dakota resident that is or will be enrolled at a South Dakota institute of higher learning for the Fall 2023 semester. Undergraduate, prospective 2023 undergraduate and Graduate students can apply. The student will pick someone in their community who makes a difference by giving back or volunteering and write a short essay about them. This can be any entity such as a business, individual, public servant, non-profit, etc. These must dropped off in-person to a local IIASD member by April 15th, 2023. In Miller, the choices would be: Coss Agency Quoin Financial Bank Insurance American Bank & Trust Insurance The 5 students with the winning essays will each be awarded one of the five scholarships 1 $10,000 Award 4 $2,500 Awards
